What this tool does
The visual editor keeps the original PDF page content intact where practical and writes your new editing layer into a fresh PDF. Added objects use page-aware coordinates so exported placement stays aligned with the editor. Editing existing text works by covering the original line with a matching background and drawing your new text on top — the original text is visually hidden but is not securely redacted, so this editor is not a substitute for a redaction tool on sensitive documents.

Can I edit existing text in a PDF?
Yes. Choose Edit Text and click directly on any existing line of PDF text to replace its content, font size, color and formatting. PDFbrix detects the original text using the PDF's own selectable text layer.
Can I add new text to a PDF?
Yes. Choose Add Text, click the page, then edit the text, font, size, color, alignment, background, underline/strikethrough and rotation from the properties panel.
Can I add images and signatures?
Yes. Insert JPG, PNG or WebP images, and create a typed, drawn or uploaded visual signature.
Can I add sticky-note comments?
Yes. The Comment tool places a real PDF comment that appears in the Comments panel of readers like Adobe Acrobat.
Can I rearrange or rotate PDF pages?
Yes. The page panel supports reordering, rotating left or right, duplicating, deleting, adding blank pages and inserting an image as a new page.
Will editing reduce PDF quality?
PDFbrix keeps the original PDF page content as PDF content where possible and adds edits on top instead of rasterizing the complete document.
Are my PDF files uploaded?
